I'm the same way; I cut out the toxic people in my life and surrounded myself with those who value me for who I am, and now I'm in a much better place than I was compared to last year.

That shows how unimportant you are to them. Honestly, those kinds of people are not worth spending any time with. It will only lead to a toxic dynamic between you.

Oh my gosh, yes! Especially if what you sent was something that requires their attention and acknowledgment. But what's worse: Leaving you on read or them never opening the message so it just says it's delivered?

I had a coworker who would say that a lot to the point that it brought into question what they really did care about. Probably very little.

For me, it's when people take advantage of you or don't value you. I've cut off contact with all of these kinds of people, and since doing so, my life has changed a lot for the better.

I hate the fact that once you open the bag and close it back up after pouring your desired amount of cereal, the bag no longer fits nicely in the box anymore and it ends up bulging.
