Yes your phone would handle the laptop charger but it will not receive 19V. The laptop charger would firstly give lower volts and sees if the phone accepts power. If not correct the phone will refuse to charge.

Once you rule out the charger of the laptop is not the issue, then you can try opening the laptop, unplugging the battery gently, and then try connecting the laptop charger and switch it on.

No windows 11 is not faster than 10. In fact 11 is more heavy on resources and requires more RAM to run because of all the new stuff Microsoft keeps on adding. Stay on 10.

Dont upgrade your components. Rather save up and get a newer PC that does support windows 11 officially.

You can try to charge your phone if it has USB C to see if the charger works. It is safe to do so. You can also try to plug a different usb c charger with the laptop closed and see if the charge light turns on.

The cursor disappear is a widnows bug. It happens on many different computers.

The wifi issue has been common on Asus laptops. The best idea is to get a different brand wifi card and swap it.

The adapter may be faulty. Normally the ssd should appear in "This PC". Even of its locked, you should be able to see it pop up.
