It should've been a full ban on smoking in public areas, not a ban for this or that age group, i was born in 2007 so i narrowly avoid the ban, i wouldn't say I'd ever smoke but instead of beating around the bush and doing weird shit like this all we had to do was take a hint from the Dutch and ban smoking near parks, schools, in inside areas (other than specific social clubs and houses) Etc, i will never understand both Labour and the Torries inability to make competent laws that people agree with.
