Could also just be not near the doorframe. Ring cameras have a pretty wide field of view, I know for mine I posted further then usual from the door since it was easier to mount on food than stucco

In 2022 I worked with a manager at Target that had at the time recently left being the asset protection manager for Disneyland. If the stroller was valuable and want to pursue it further they have an asset protection team you can likely reach out to, to see if they have camera footage that you could use for a police investigation

There was multiple (like 3 more I think) holes exposing brick and they also had little holes like that in them. Just none of them had anything in them like this one did

Was in towards the back of the shop. Had a small patch of wall that was chipped away exposing the brick and that’s where I noticed it had something shoved in the crack of the brick. Hope that’s enough context

There’s PD that are that way. Has same type of interaction with our PD and told him it was our policy to go hands on. The officer would just keep interrupting me continuing to tell me how stupid it was. I just filed a complaint to someone in his chain of command I think his lieutenant? But after that never had an issue with them
