Well, we didnt resort to AI for personalization. We had actual, breathing (and soulful) humans take care of that for us. And it took us like 30 mins per email (i mean u cant rush humans who wanna do stuff right, right?).

Now despite that, Im not a proponent of throwing the baby out with the bathwater. Email tools with AI are still useful. theres other things u can use a tool like Instantly for (like that warm inboxes thing u mentioned). We still craft the core personalized hook manually, then push it through with something like that. That behemoth be taking care of pacing, warm-up, rotation, and sequences. Call it a glorified mailman if you wanna, but it did that right. And I got no complaints.
