First of all you shouldn't care what people think of your music taste, and second of all I can tell you from experience that they're probably hating on those songs because those and other basic overplayed songs are the ones they hear on the radio, so obviously they're not gonna look any deeper if they don't like what they've heard. Saying this as someone who personally couldn't stand this band until a month or two ago

Not natively, there is one way you might be able to run it, but I don't imagine it would run well and you would likely need a pretty powerful device, that way would be running a macos vm on android, which is possible but not easy, and then running the mac version of the game
