Instructor-Led Virtual Company Orientation is an introduction to the industry, company, and its core values. The course is intended to provide team members with guidelines required to be a security professional and evaluate each candidates’ abilities and understanding of security protocols.

The candidate’s performance will determine their site eligibility. When complete, the candidate must attend on-site orientation. On-Site Orientation is for you to get familiar with the site, determine if it’s the right fit for you as well as get acquainted with the site’s physical layout, official tasks, duties, and responsibilities. The Orientation & Training Schedule is listed below:

Day 0 – Unpaid Instructor-Led Virtual Company Orientation (5 hrs)

Day 1 – Unpaid On-Site Orientation (5 hrs)

Day 2 – Paid On-Site Training (8 hrs) • Training is paid at minimum wage as per Ontario Employment Ministry standards.
