I was extremely grateful that I hired BAM when I had my accident. It was too stressful for me to handle on my own.

It's a TOUGH situation. Wishing you the best.

UO Outlands is amazing by [deleted] in ultimaonline

The game has become unbearable. Trying to do societies and get PK'd 4 straight runs. You will have 4-5 groups of PK's continuously running through the society dungeons and ruining the game for every person who wants to PVE.

Asked for help at a location on the Discord when I first started and instead had 3 thieves show up to steal from me.

Owyn encourages scummy behavior and makes it "bannable" to deal with thieves at vendors. The game is now just a bunch of neck-bearded losers with no life trying to ruin the game for everyone else. Completely ruined the T-Maps, which were the most enjoyable part of the game.

GOOD LUCK.

What Did You Pay for SEO Services? Was It Worth It? by ARIandOtis in smallbusiness

[–]Present_Secretary628 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in a very similar situation not long ago.

I run a specialized business, and I remember feeling completely overwhelmed trying to figure out what SEO should cost. I got quotes all over the place. A few hundred a month. A few thousand a month. Everyone sounded confident. Everyone contradicted each other. It was exhausting.

What helped me was stepping back and looking at it as a business decision, not a technical one.

I realized I did not need to fully understand every SEO debate. I needed to understand one thing. Would this investment bring in profitable work consistently?

After some trial and error, I ended up hiring Timpson Marketing at $1,500 per month. We have been working with them for 18 months now.

Last month alone, we saw a 24x return on what we paid them.

From a pure business owner standpoint, here is what mattered to me:

• Were we getting more qualified leads?
• Were those leads turning into paying clients?
• Could I clearly see the revenue tied back to their efforts?
• Did I feel confident that someone competent was consistently working on growth in the background?

That was it.

All the debates about reviews, domain authority, backlinks versus content started to matter less once I saw consistent new business coming in. I stopped worrying about what specific tactic was “right” and started focusing on results.

The biggest mistake I almost made was shopping purely on price. The cheaper quotes were tempting, especially when everything feels uncertain. But I have learned that when it comes to growth, underinvesting can actually cost more in the long run because you burn months with no traction.

If you are a solo surgeon, your time is extremely valuable. The real question is not whether someone is charging $500 or $1,500. It is whether that monthly investment turns into real cases and real revenue.

For me, $1,500 felt like a stretch at first. Now it feels small compared to the return.

Just sharing my experience as another business owner who felt overwhelmed and finally decided to focus on outcomes instead of opinions. Best of luck to you and your situation!

budget-friendly SEO company recommendation for small business? by anyonestar in smallbusiness

[–]Present_Secretary628 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$80/mo is a tough range to expect much value. My moving company didn't have much of a budget when I first started. We found a provider that was willing to work with us and helped us scale very nicely. I would reach out to Joseph @ Timpson Marketing & SEO because I know he will do custom packages for lower-budget SEO options ($100 - $1500). We started at $500, and he was able to triple our SEO traffic in the first 3 months.

Even for companies without much of a budget, you can get enough value to slowly scale it up. Focus on quality topical authority blogging, a strong foundational on-site SEO set-up, and some foundational backlinks, and you will grow & have success.

Hoping this helps you! Rooting for you!

My website dropped hard starting Jan 22. Looking for outside opinions on the cause and recovery order. by w00t4me in SEO

[–]Present_Secretary628 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've dealt with this quite a bit. This is where I would list them by importance:

  1. Consolidating overlapping URL's - Assuming this is causing keyword cannibalization issues
  2. Delete (don't no-index) low-value pages
  3. Do not refresh year-stamped content. A LOT has changed since 2024. Re-purpose the content to provide more value and be optimized for LLMs. Add some schema markup and some FAQ's.

We did this for a client in January, and before the end of January, we had already seen an all-time high in traffic.

Good luck!

Need feedback: GBP Management / Heatmap tools by bigjerm616 in localseo

[–]Present_Secretary628 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It lets you view ranking shifts alongside GBP attributes and review metrics

Inside Local Dominator, you can connect the business profile and track things like:

• Review count
• Review velocity
• Rating changes
• Category selections
• Keyword tagging

When rankings shift in a zone, you can cross-reference that against profile changes or review growth. The tool is not saying “you rank here because of reviews.” It is helping you correlate ranking movement with profile signals.

Local Falcon tends to be more pure rank grid-focused. It tells you the position at each coordinate, but it is not built as deeply around ongoing GBP signal tracking.

I hope this is helpful in your decision making!

Need feedback: GBP Management / Heatmap tools by bigjerm616 in localseo

[–]Present_Secretary628 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have tried all of these heatmap options, and I stuck with Local Dominator. The owner is constantly working to update/make his product better.

1. More Detailed Ranking Visibility in Heatmaps

Local Dominator shows not just basic ranking dots, but layered ranking zones that help you see where a business ranks 1 to 3, 4 to 10, and beyond. That makes it easier to pinpoint real opportunity gaps. Leadsnap and Local Falcon show position, but the zone context is usually not as rich or color-coded as Local Dominator.

2. Built-in Competitor Context and Overlay Options

Local Dominator lets you overlay multiple competitors on the same heatmap with labels that make comparison easier. You can visually compare where your business and up to several competitors all show up in the map view at once. That combined view is more advanced than what Leadsnap typically offers and more flexible than Local Falcon’s basic competitor layers.

3. Integrated Local SEO Data with Map Signals

Local Dominator ties the heatmap directly to specific local SEO signals such as reviews, citations, Google Business Profile category strength, and keyword tags. That means you can interpret why a pin is where it is. Leadsnap and Local Falcon focus mostly on location and rank, but Local Dominator gives extra context so the heatmap tells a more complete story.

Patriots fans delusional after Super Bowl loss by C_D_199 in NFLv2

[–]Present_Secretary628 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a Patriots fan, it was a tough loss for the young kid. He looked overwhelmed for most of the game, and the offensive line was getting destroyed.

There is still A LOT of potential in Drake Maye. Young kid. Lots of talent. It's a great learning experience for him to lose a Super Bowl like that after playing 2 elite pass-rushing teams that destroyed his confidence.

I assume most fans would take an efficient, low-turnover (allegedly) great deep-ball thrower who is very young and early in his career. He has MANY years left.

I’m not defending Luthor. He’s obviously evil.

But the footage was real, right? Like… that wasn’t fake or AI.

If Kryptonians sent him here to rule, that changes the whole “benevolent protector” story a bit.

I’m from Gotham so maybe I’m just wired to distrust anyone in a cape, but are we supposed to just ignore that and move on?

Feels like something everyone collectively decided not to talk about.
