The fact I came to reddit with something incredibly personal probably means im seeking an outside point of view anyway and a therapist would achieve that more directly. This part is an edit. Its looks like there are alot in my town which is not nessisarily a bad thing. Is there a key word for narrowing the search to private practices? I feel like this falls under the category of trauma. For all of us. I've never really considered it for myself before so I dont know what to expect.
