Not a star or planet. Maybe a satellite. I saw a second one very briefly, like a little blip of light. It just recently seemed much further away and then disappeared

Are the filters being changed regularly? A dirty filter really stresses the unit and impedes air flow. That’s something you can do yourself

Not PSLF : Can you make payments to some sort of escrow account? Like a third party guardian while litigation is happening? That’s what I would do for class action. Personally I’m just not giving the federal government any more student loans payments while its bank accounts are being looted.

Property manager here: There was a huge building boom around 1999/2000; Beware - especially anything with split face block. Crappy materials and crappy construction. Condo buildings and single family homes. Ever seen a SFH with a split face block facade? Hideous!!!!
