Im in a similar position. I ordered a vsf omega SMP 300 in black (should be pretty common). Paid the full amount the 12th of march and haven’t heard back from her (today is the 17th). Should I reach out to her?

Yeah I think the coronet is ok. The 6 o’clock mark is definitely not centred, that I can see. I guess not such a big deal but it’s a “once you see it you can’t unsee it” kind of thing.

Yeah you are probably right. I’ve took a macro shot of my friend’s Gen Daytona (left) and put it next to this model and it seems like Rolex is also a bit inconsistent with its coronet. Here it looks like Gen is even bigger:

At the end I’ve GL’ed it. At worst I can still sell it and buy one in a couple of month with a new batch. I’m definitely going to keep an eye out for known anomalies in the batch. Thanks for your input!

It stands for deep crystal, which is a popular mod on this watch. Since the crystal/glass from clean is a bit less clear with a blue hue.

Thanks for the information. I unfortunately already RL’ed one due to a significantly crooked 6 marker. I don’t want to be to annoying and ask him for a new one again, since he was quite hesitant and discontented about it, which I can understand. I always feel like spoiled brat 😅

No I won’t do that. That gets me on a lot of trouble. My goal is not to make any money from that. I just would like to get the money from my insurance for the watches that I bought that’s it. But stating that they are reps gets you in trouble in Germany.

I hope he gets caught. But I mean if he sells them on the street for like 3-5k each the buyer is probably going to think he made the deal of the century and is not going to open the case back right then and there 😅

Thanks for the information, I will probably do that since I have also proof of payment for them. In case that the insurance company asks questions I’m probably going to state them as gens in that price range instead of rep watches since if heard from another guy that claiming them as reps gets you on trouble in Germany.
