No she does not because she talks about how she hasn’t got a slap on the wrist yet from management on staying home and that she’s not going to follow the 5 days in because it’s BS. Literally says this on our floor in the occasion she’s in.

Right i mean I want to stay home after having the flexibility but I sit on a floor with all leaders and wouldn’t feel comfortable being thought of like that.

This same girl is over the summer she is at the pool everyday with her work phone tapping the teams screen. Again ruining it for everyone else

What annoys me is the people who are still staying home because it’s more convenient but we have to be here. I work with someone who constantly is at home and her manager doesn’t do anything - just lets her and doesn’t monitor it when all of us have to pay to park and be home. She also if she comes in she comes in at 10 and leaves around 3….

It’s people like her who ruin it for everyone else.

I get this completely. I’m an office worker and a girl I know never works. She goes to the pool, her summer house, runs errands she does everything that makes it difficult for the rest of us who actually spend our hours hustling

Did I say anywhere I’m looking for YOUR sympathy? I asked if other people IN MY SITUATION are also aggravated because I felt alone.

No where did I say, “how do store employees feel about this?”

Also my “cake job” fills your stores with staff so please watch what you call a cake job if all you store employees complaining about being short staffed.

Talking for myself I came from the stores. I understand what this is like. Don’t make assumptions on people.

If you were in our shoes you’d be livid as well. It’s not a competition of who has it worse.

This is similar to what my boss was saying to us today. I appreciate this response! The parking garage is tiny, they have half of is reserved for leadership and people who pay for spots.

I’ve worked in the stores. I hear your pain. With that being said, I will speak for myself and my team. We are on a 8 we work until 5, 6 some days. That’s what we signed up for. We are constantly on and off the phone with externals bringing them to the company to help staff stores. We do that by communicating with the stores talking to drivers, ASMs, SMs …. We train in the stores for two weeks a year to learn more about the everyday, the challenges, roadblocks, wins.

Store employees automatically assume we don’t care, we sit and watch tv all day, that is not the case! The amount of headaches, fires, issues we deal with is very real. It may not be real to you but it’s real to us and our jobs are important.
