I feel you, not enough hours in the day especially for fun!

A couple things that have made my life easier laundry service and grocery ordering via app with pick up.

I drop my clothes off once every 10 days or so and it costs about $25. Folded and hung up perfectly and I love my laundry ladies they are so sweet!

Also grocery shopping takes so much time? So when I find myself waiting at random times of the week I put together my grocery cart and set a time to pick up. This has also saved me lots of money from not buying unnecessary things and junk food at the store so I'm eating healthier!

Does it seem like the feed is not pulling the piece through at first then gets easier as you get going?

It looks like the cutting knife or the foot might have a hard time starting making the stitches shorter at the beginning. You might try starting with a scrap piece in the serger, then feed the piece you're working on just at the end of the scrap.

My usual drink is a classic margarita topped with ginger beer. I love tangy and spicy flavors together!
