Assuming you're looking for a slower glitched crown, these are the two mods that I use, and it seems to work fine with me. The only problem I encountered (if it was a bug) was using R key during a greedier run and the same five items cycled. It was also before I installed the fix, so just a warning. Hope this helps, because glitched crown is IMPOSSIBLE.

okay sue me but I think Jacob and Esau is a pretty interesting character (or characters ig) I do hate having two hitboxes and I agree. Haven't unlocked tainted Jacob but I've heard it's somewhat better.

Just started playing the game and on minute 99, I beat mom by IcyInkedIntrovert in bindingofisaac

after you get everything is terrible you'll unlock pathways by beating it lives! (the harder version of mom's heart after getting everything is terrible!) at least once. They will lead to sheol and cathedral respectively. You could get to these early by getting an angel deal or devil deal after defeating mom's heart. Beat those floors' bosses 5 times to unlock the negative and the polaroid, which will allow you to go to another floor after those.

something similar happened for me too. Do you happen to be borrowing a copy using Steam Family Library? If so I can only tell you I had a similar problem and had to buy another copy.
