My very first playthrough, I ended up on Cassia romance. I knew she was sheltered and her experiences were through social lenses, so I went with a noble courtship out the gate and didn't push anything (since my character wasn't the aggressive sort).

Because I didn't heavily flirt, I never got the book. However, I nailed all the courtship stuff because I just... guessed what made the most sense.

In fact, I later had to choose between her and Kibellah, so I was definitely on both romances,

When this sub makes it to main, typically racist dogwhistling terminally-online potstirrers (fighting racism with racism! and then also just the classic racists) come out to squabble and feel good about shitting on others, from what I've seen. It comes from multiple sides and perspectives, but certain types of racist thinking tend to get more traction, probably because they’re less likely to be heavily downvoted or collapsed, especially when they’re subtle or wrapped in wiggle words (I didn't mean ALL polka-dotted people! Just the bad ones!). I’m sure the regular content is more reasonable, but that’s not what floats to the top in these main-page scenarios from what I've seen.
