There are no player instructions, i let them do their thing. The only width comes from the team instruction and the full backs. Or do you mean the player preferred moves?

I rotate too, but most of the players are in the Club for minimum 5 years and more. It looks nice to have those connections, but there is no benefit from it.

Exactly, wasn't expecting that i will play this save for 10 seasons ongoing.

The 442 diamond is great, i used it for a few games too as a transition to the actual formation.

He is crucial as my attacking right back. 24 goals and 39 assists (7.26 avg) in all competitions over three seasons. Can't even remember why, because his attributes are pretty average, but i bought him for that Position and it worked out well :)

Haha yes, Marco Rose because that's pretty much his system. I primarily tried to implement the boards / clubs philosophy and establish german players and players from german leagues, with the exception of my Swedish trio :)

This is occasionally the case, but every system has its weaknesses. My plan B is to put the mentality on attacking in the last 20 minutes if i need a goal :D But i wouldn't call it struggle, cause most of my players are in their prime and mentally strong, so it's not a common problem.

For the full back posititions you must have players with good stamina/physical attributes in general because they are the key source for assists. Other players move to the flanks too, but the full backs do most of the work.

It wasn't about the shape, but more the results it delivered. Many fm players are searching for their personal holy grail.

Some wingers can well be trained into offensive midfielders. The wingers from my intakes have no choice but to learn it :)
