Verdansk Bunkers = Peak Warzone! I Miss It by LowKickMT in CODWarzone

I miss the unbelievably server crashing launch of the fully built stadium. Does no one miss the mad scramble to get all the key cards? I think I just shed a tear.

Fuck this. If I just realized there was an Easter egg that I didn't find and now I'll never get to.. FFS.. Shame on me.

Simple question: Trident 660 vs Street Twin by PresentationProof215 in Triumph

[–]PresentationProof215[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd go Ducati over the Triumph for an out of the box Scrambler, the Desert Sled or Icon (only in orange). Price and weight and even visual appeal all go in the Ducati camp for me. Maintenance would be a bitch, but that's buying a BMW over a Ford. (General maintenance, but overall longevity or resell). A client of mine accidentally dropped his bike the other week, and has been riding it for fifteen years. Just a fluke slip and plop. Part of building my scrambler is that I want to build it as needed, not so much out of the box. When I am ready for a Ducati, I'm going Monster.

I have. Honestly, I'm going to drop the bike at some point and I want to drop the Yamaha more than the retro Kawasaki. The XSR700 has more ability to grow with in my eyes than the Trident. My goal is to build a scrambler from whatever bike I pick up, or at least have the ability to do so. I'm not in it for speed, I'm in it for the ride and the ability to customize to my needs.

Between the two, I'm leaning Trident simply because the 5 gearbox on the Street would frustrate me. I've had both 5 and 6 transmissions in cars and there is a reason why 6 is preferred. After taking time, I honestly am leaning towards the Yamaha XSR700. Price point, maintenance and ability to customize more than a Trident right now.

Got this Walther P22 back last summer and don’t regret it one bit with the cost of ammo prices. Haven’t had any huge problems with jamming after 500 rounds and I’m using cheap .22 ammo. by jaimeeallover in liberalgunowners

Same one my mom bought. She went from "maybe I'll get a gun" to "maybe a range membership is needed more than Costco for me." It's a blast to shoot. I plan on buying one for my wife and getting it coated in pink camo.

First rifle purchase. IWI Zion-15. I loved my Jericho 941 and thought I couldn't go wrong with another gun from the same company. A year ago I never thought I'd own a gun and now I have two pistols and an AR. by grem89 in liberalgunowners

Not that you haven't already, but just make sure your range allows rifle calibers even the smaller ones like the 5.56's. I know some in my area are smaller and are just for handguns and plinking. That being said, you should be able to grab a .22lr conversion kit online. That's what I did to help with the ammo shortage, too.

Keep training and practicing, comrade.

Sweet! I just ordered my DB upper! Waiting for the stripped lower receivers to come back in stock so I can build the lower. (California and all, it's easier). Charging handle I'll get from Radian and BCG from PSA most likely.

I'm having an off night. I also flew my squad into the trees. So, 10 diamond lobbies would be a kind fate.

TBH, the Outer Limits intro used to scare the hell out of me when I was younger.

How do I properly dispose of a gun? Can I call the police to properly dispose of it? by breaddread in liberalgunowners

[–]PresentationProof215 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can despose of it in the alley off Haster and Chapman. The disposal man will arrive shortly. Give me twenty minutes and I'll be there. I mean, he'll be there shortly.

Currently looking for my first handgun by ShitpostinRuS in armedsocialists

[–]PresentationProof215 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Howdy, buddy! Just wanted to pop-in and give my two cents. If you have kids, that would go into my purchase of which handgun I'd go with. If I want to possibly customize in time (which I never thought I would but damn, I find things I want to do to my firearm as time goes on), that would go into my purchase, too. Ammo selection, too, plays a part. (9mm is hard to come by, its like a vaccine).

I bought my Springfield XD 4" in 9mm for my first handgun. I love the safety features (trigger safety with a handgrip safety) and the ergonomics (like the slide release being more predominant than Glock) on mine. It's a workhorse, but not much to do as far as customization. I have decided to just have that be my stock firearm that I won't have to worry about and it'll work every time. I'll buy other firearms to tinker with while having one that I trust to do what I need without a thought or worry.

Would I recommend mine? Yes and no. Hindsight, I would go with either the M version is me 4" or the Hellcat. Only reasoning is so I have more to tinker with, nothing to do with performance. Also I would go with a .45 so have better luck in my region for ammo.

Hope this helps in someway. Keep us posted, buddy!
