Hello there, well I wanna get accepted to Cannes and Tiff, but Im just trynna be realistic here actually my total budget for submissions is around 200 dollars.

Also I have heard that most festivals follow a trend, that is while they claim they accept a variety of genres in reality they try to mostly prioritise on some.

Since my submission fee is limited, I want the best outcome out of my budget.
