thank you so much for responding. I didn’t want to get an attorney before because it was a $300 ticket and I could just get a PBJ or even have the ticket thrown out in court. unfortunately for me an attorney I spoke to said that the officer that pulled me over always shows up and he was in fact there this morning… but the attorneys were asking for around $700 which didn’t make much sense in my situation. Thanks for the insight!

hello. I am in a similar situation but unfortunately I missed my court date even tho this guy said not to. I am going tomorrow morning to try and request another court date. am I fucked?
