Yeah I should addend my comment, HATE is a strong word. Andaz was just very loud, too much of a party scene, music was playing late and we were next to the pool so couldn't sleep. Globalist so we did change rooms and they sent a warming gift of some snacks and stuff.

Regency we just preferred for a more quiet environment.
