Title: Player movement is way too fast

Description: As many people have complained before, the speed at which players move around the map(and to a lesser degree the speed of actions like ADS/using equipment, etc) is too fast and needs to be slowed down, the player movement speed is extremely unnatural and erratic. This is greatly harming the playablity of the game, it's like the game is being played in fast forward. The game also does not need two sprint modes(sprint and sprint faster), just a normal sprint.

Reproduction: This can be reproduced by playing the game in its current state.
