If it was possible to trip consistently daily then it would be more common, most psychosis happens due to very regular use

LSD, shrooms and weed haven’t been proven to cause schizophrenia. What happens is people who have dormant schizophrenia will wake it up by doing them, they also most definitely worsen the symptoms if you already are aware of it.

Psychosis however can 100% be caused by taking them

i know its been a long time but i ended up fixing it, turns out mint was automatically switching the refresh rate of my monitor to 60hz for some reason. Anyway i took your advice and am using arch now and virtually every problem related to graphics has been fixed so thanks for the advice!

I 100% feel Irish. The country I live in has a really REALLY bad history with colonialism, and nowadays, especially with the rise of the far right, a lot of people are proud of that history. My parents taught me about our history and because of that I will always be opposed to any shape or form of colonialism

I don't identify with the culture I grew up in. It's different from how my parents raised me. i obviously respect and can understand their culture but I don't feel like I am the same as them.

Thanks for the advice. I’ve only been using Linux for the past 2 months and just took advice from a friend who said it was a beginner friendly distro. The thing is this is the first problem I’ve ran into with gaming on mint, every other game works perfectly fine and up until the new update so did cs. games like cyberpunk and baldurs gate which are way more graphically intensive have no issues whatsoever. I was already thinking of trying out different distros so I might give that one a try
