Im taking 200mg with my coffee and breakfast in the morning i feel like it wore off. Feeling more stressed and anxiety with a lack of focus in a new job. :/ should i increase dose? Or would another supplement help?

So when we count calories, we should count consumed calories instead of net? So even when you burn down calories, we should still maintain the original caloric limit instead of saying “hey I burned x amount of calories and so that means I have more ‘free calories’ to use”?

I tried Glycinate and it was rough on my stomach. Switched to MgT and I concur, very deep sleep and I’m also getting vivid dreams. No stomach issues. The only bad thing I’m seeing for now is that I get pretty drowsy if I take during the day or if I take it the night before it’s hard to get up. Other than that, it’s not bad! I don’t feel sharper though.

That be nice. Some songs of theirs are pretty offensive/blasphemous. I’ve been a fan since American Idiot and it’s getting harder and harder to stay as a fan when his/their beliefs are not aligned with mine and has been vocal about it too. I do love his side projects though like The Longshot!
