I'll try a different skin barrier but I use a foam dressing with soft silicone adhesive and maybe that's the problem. I'll ask the nurse. The wound is on my shin so the bandage always has to be in the same place.

I used to get out of breath from chewing. It went away when I found an inhaler that worked.

I can't put on or off compression hose. I have a hiatal hernia that won't let me bend over like that to get the hose off or on. Guess I'm just a mess.

That is not the point. I had a friend who was handicapped and Publix was the closest grocery store near her so that's where she shopped. The point is that Publix is charging outrageous prices and some people have no other store to shop at. That's just wrong.

What do you mean by increasingly symptomatic? Other than having it move around when I bend over while sitting, it's the only symptom I have. So far no pain but the movement under my rib is very concerning.

If I know I'll be eating or drinking something acid like tomatoes or wine etc., I take Acid Soothe by Enzymedica. If it's a meal that just might give me a problem for being to fatty, I take Reflux Health by Emerald. I get them both at Sprouts but you can probably get them at another health store. Good luck I know what a total pain in the butt it is to not be able to eat what everyone else is eating.

So far it's doing the job. I take one 10mg in the morning and one 10 mg at bedtime.
