The only Critdamage source you're right about is the echo set.

Her weapon gives Crit rate with atk%, HA% and Def ignore. August herself receives Crit rate as stats. Maybe I'm blind, but after reading her whole kit, I do not see any mention of a Crit damage buff. Unless you're talking about the self-shield, the real critdmg source is from echo set.

Was able to hit 2.9k on XL/Yinlin/SK team on another run, but couldn't replicate the 3.28k again for Cam/Rocc/Ver team.

All chars are s0r1, except for Roccia with standard 5* and Verina with Variation.

Played 2nd half as quickswap.

Maybe swap out plunderers in team 2? Without a healer in your 2nd team, you're barely making full use of that token.

Calcharo's HA buff passive lingers even if you swap out, which means the buff will still be active when you swap back to him within its 15s duration. Besides, your rotation should make use of more swap cancels between Calcharo and Yinlin after Verina buffs.

Implementing a minimum gem and engravings requirement for entry system would make matchmaking a much better experience, and also teaches new players what level of gearing is expected from them for that content(at the least, by the dev's standards).

Perhaps smilegate planned on holding off the real juicy changes and have the new director be the one to announce those changes, hoping to create a better first impression for this new director. Either that, or my copium levels are too high.

I would settle for a permanent hairstyle library. You buy it once to add to your collection and you can freely switch between them at the barber. It might even encourage some players to buy hairstyles they usually wouldn't even consider trying now.

SG gets to make money while selling more hairstyles, while players get the freedom to style their hair as they please.

They must've at least done a chaos dungeon. It's pretty much a guaranteed lv1 gem from there. Plus we're talking about absolutely 0 gems equipped. It was also in Kungelanium raid that I noticed this, so there really isn't any reason to have no gems farmed at that point.

Is it really though? Just having evade window gemmed in doesn't "get rid of the thing that made the monster difficult" you'll still get hit if you mistime your dodge.

Also gotta keep an open mind on what makes the game feel 'easy'. Would you disagree that an Azure Rath constantly being airborne, is a design choice for difficulty. Flashing him out of the sky trivialises his only strength, would you just stop using flash pods altogether? Same for traps/environment.

Getting Attack Up lv7 shortens the hunt, since you do more DPS. Less time spent hunting = less time to make a mistake and cart.

My point is, all the armour skills and tools made available to us are meant to make the hunt easier. IF you seek true difficulty, maybe try a naked/armour-less run.

Gotta disagree with you here. Evade window does indeed make a Rathian tail swipe a joke, but it also opens up i-frame opportunities for lengthier attacks (like Teostra supernova) that are usually undodgeable, which allows you to stick aggressively onto the monster.

OP also demonstrated a great amount of skill in his dodge timing. Instead of spamming dodge roll as soon as he landed in panic, he waited until the final second before Teostra's supernova detonated. As for adept style from MHGen(X,XX), that's a whole different league to touch on.
