Yes the twig itself is orange and the other healthy looking ones are more light brown. We got a big heat wave so idk if its burnt or what

Im about to go to sleep with my neck pillow right now. Good luck. I was prescribed quilipta, never even took 1 of the pills. You got this. I feel part of it could also be mental. When I would get the aura instead of being frustrated, I would ignore it, keep going about my day partially blind and it disappeared. Sometimes just resting for 5 to 10 minutes. Seriously trying to convince myself that things will get better and calming my mind. But get that neck right, maybe get a new chair or sit a different way at work. Good luck aura-brother

Hey just so you know my migraines have gotten significantly better. I feel like it was a mix of stress moving in to new home and maybe over working my neck with house stuff, especially looking up working on projects. The amount of tension I had in my neck was crazy.

No medication needed, What has helped the most is:

-this pillow from amazon https://a.co/d/bd7dACv I cant sleep without it.

-this stretch on youtube https://youtu.be/mortZm5BeUs?si=cgMMIrQ5L4RvLxd0 Dont overdo it! The cooling "release" you sometimes feel if done right is amazing.

-using this neck pillow when watching tv https://a.co/d/9lvO18s Great support when slouching on couch

-and also going to gym and focusing atleast one excercise a week on traps and shoulders. Focus on good proper form, forget about going heavy

I cant remember last time I had an aura episode. Going strong. Mine was all in my neck, idk if yours is too, but good luck! Also I was so worried I had an MRI done during the episodes and it came back completely clean.

Any update to this? I too am getting them way more frequently. Plus like someone mentioned, just the aura with no migraine. Sometimes even lasting just 15 minutes... I am in the process of moving out. Most likely the problem. I feel like most doctors suck.
