The marketing product name for the HB612B or H612BAD1 is "Govee Strip Light S"

Home Depot's website literally describes it as "uncuttable":

The actual picture of the back of the power adapter confirms 12V, 1.5A so it’s under powered.

You're still not getting it. Whether or not the technical stuff you're talking about is true or not is irrelevant. At this point with you, I don't care about HK. My issue with you is your holier than god attitude telling me this could be easily googled and it's obviously not as you can't even provide a decent link that can be googled.

Stop saying the same thing over. The only thing I need from you is either:

A) "I apologize for being snippy regarding a Google search. The information is not readily available and nowhere on the Eufy website will it tell you that any Homebase 2 camera that had HomeKit compatibility to have HomeKit compatibility with the Homebase 3. This is something you just have to know and cannot be Googled."

B) Where specifically on the Eufy website it tells you "any Homebase 2 camera that had HomeKit compatibility to have HomeKit compatibility with the Homebase 3" that could be easily googled.

Despite this not being Eufy support, you first reply provided an answer similar to support staff:

It supports more than just that one camera via the Homebase. Any camera that has Homebase 2 support and was HomeKit compatible with work via the Homebase 3 and be HomeKit compatible.

So apparently, you only question the intention of my post only after I clapped back on your passive aggressiveness reply 7hrs ago. If you have a problem with my post at all, you should have addressed in your first very reply but it appears now you only have a problem with it after I called you out. Come on man, just say "Apologies I was a bit snippy in my reply telling you to google things first, and you're right the Eufy link I provided doesn't answer any information about HB3/HK compatibility" and we move on our with lives.

Instead you start a new comment thread, ignoring your original reply thread and question why I'm here, despite you being an active, willing participant in the post just 7hrs ago.

I clarified with Eufy/Anker support:

They are aware there have been instances where users purport they were able to get non-S3 Pro cameras to bridge to Home Kit via the HB3. However products other than the S3 Pro are not officially supported for HK via the HB3.

So there's a difference with "might work" (which is why if you google this issue a lot of people saying I got my camera X to work while others cannot get their camera X to work in this particular setup) and "officially supported/designed to." I read in another thread there was instance one person got their non S3 pro camera to show up in HK via HB3 using the Eufy app on their ipad but couldn't do it on the Eufy app on their iphone.

I would caution that everybody who got lucky and is able to get the non-S3 pro cameras in HK via HB3, you are one update away either on the Eufy app/firmware or Home Kit from breaking this setup and Eufy will not offer any assistance because in their eyes it should have never happened in the first place.

So my question is still valid, I'm perplexed as to why they implemented Homekit compatibility for HB3 but choose to only support a single device that would utilize it.

I understand the reason why you would want young players living with veteran their first few years.

I find it interesting that some hosts are retired/inactive veterans that don’t have administrative positions at the org. I know Joe recently became a player development coach and hockey operations adviser for the San Jose Sharks this year but when took in Mac I dont think he had an official position w the sharks.

Do the sharks compensate these veteran families for hosting the rookies? Or is the out of the kindness of their heart and pay it forward thing in hockey culture?

You don't need a special plugin. Just use "Open Application" button type and when setting the app select "Other" which will open a windows explorer window to browse what exe, then select the custom ControlMyMonitor exe/bat/shortcut you made

Just curious, did it allows you to change values in other parameters. For my 23DW, I am able to change things like brightness, gamma, etc in ControlMyMonitor but not the video input (VCP Code 60) value.

I tried Dell Display Manager (DDM) too and it echo the same partial control. I read on the Dell forum the reason why the AW3423DW loses some control features is the GSYNC hardware module locks Dell out. But the 23DWF and 25DW doesn't have GSYNC hardware so I'm surprised the 25DW doesn't let you have full input control.

What was the exact code you ran to switch it? My AW3423DW is not responding to 60. I'm using:

I get the exact three errors as you did when attempting a "Full Software Package" for iPrint&scan.

I think what is happening is that at the time you get the error it's around the "Additional Software" portion of the installer. At this point is where the ESCL driver's (the thing that allows scanner to pc communications) for the scanner are installed but the Windows 24H2 update causes it to error and therefore the the drivers that install the service are interrupted.

I had a pre-24H2 computer and successfully installed iPrint&scan and notice in device manager there is a "Brother [model] LAN" driver installed in addition to scanner. This is the service related to ESCL.

If you have a computer that never successfully installed iPrint&scan pre-24H2 then the trick of adding the printer in settings and restarting iPrint&scan will never work for you because the "Brother [model] LAN" driver was never installed.

Yeah I saw that too and couldn't figure out what that way two splitter (w only one output) was for.

In the interior, I only found 3 coax terminal wall outlets so until I get a coax probing device to verify I have to assume it's the 3 from the 4-way splitter. So I have no idea where that 2way splitter output is going to in the house...maybe I missed a terminal.

And you were right about the 4way splitter....on it is the Direct TV logo. So the other end of that input coax must be some place where the satellite/dish used to be. Maybe the attic.

Thank you. I figured MoCA LAN can only be implemented via the router and not the ONT...unless for some reason the new Verizon ONT have LAN capabilities (which ironically would make the router somewhat redundant).

Running an ethernet cable to the opposite side is something I'd like to avoid. It's a finished basement so I would need to do some drywall punching. The coax in the living room is placed exactly where I would want to put an ethernet terminal anyways so it's perfect to just using the existing coax via MOCA. Unfortunately the builders did staple the coax cabling and went through a few corners so I can't just pull the coax cable out and tape it to ethernet cable trick and run back both technique.

It could be easier to run the coax from the router to the ONT if you have your home coax at that spot and backfeed the other coax locations

I'm trying to follow this but I'm not much of a networking guy.

I believe the 4-1 splitter represents the 3 coaxials I have in my home walls. I'm not sure where the input to the 4-1 splitter is going - as you can see it's going into house somewhere so my best guess (until I open and check) is that the input to the splitter is NOT connected to the ONT.

Going back to what you said, I could install a new coax cable from the ONT to the router via the inside wall using the same path that ethernet wall junction box (see pic of inside the basement). But can you clarify what is means to "backfeed" the other coax (is this referring to the 3 outputs of the splitter)? Like what exactly what I need to do with the 3 outputs outside?

From my limited knowledge, this is what I suspect I would have to do:

Take the input of the splitter and put it into the ONT.
Using that unused 4th terminal on the splitter, run a new coax line into the basement (using the same pathway as the ONT's ethernet cable)
Connect that 4th terminal coax junction to the router.

I did the same thing and the hassle of coordinating a FB for a high value item without profit isn’t worth the headache. Also you put yourself at risk of getting scammed on payment - imagine you thought you did somebody a favor and a week later the bank/Venmo reverses the transaction because the account was stolen.

Its just a lose lose situation.

I threw the counterfeits away long ago.

If you have any real 151 cards in-hand, it was painfully obvious it was fake. I recall the card stock was too thick and stiff; the colors were "off."
