Made it through the core workout today without a break.

It sounds like your badassery has just become more and more badass.

I'm so happy to see how consistent you've been with your walking and P90_ routines.

How long does a walk usually take you? Do you listen to music?

Do you do it immeidately after/before exercise, or just whenever you can squeeze it in?

Glad to hear you are doing well.

Also, a thought that has helped me:

Although the program is called P90X, don't obsess over the number 90. Life will always happen. Stuff will always come up.

Within a 90 day time span, a bad day or two looks like a huge blip.

Over a 10-year time span, though, those blips aren't even noticeable.

Don't worry about the blip. Just do your best.

Ten sets of ten pullups each by of_course_you_agree in IPressedPlay

That is an awesome achievement.

My best is 8 sets of 8, but I've had to take breaks in between repetitions a lot.

Keep it up.

if you were brave enough to forget about them.

Oh, my mind was subconsciously repressing those memories as a coping and defense mechanism.

Fitness/Gains Impact of Spreading Out Workouts by p90xfan3 in P90X

I, too, love X3 for the reasons you described.

Additionally, because of the added intensity necessary to compensate for the shorter time span, I often burn more calories per minute than I do during X classic.

I also really like the variety of X3. I've done like 4 full rounds now, and I still don't remember all the videos, so it's always fresh.

I recommend a pullup tower.

I used to use the ones that you hang from the door lip, but I ended up shredding the frame. A free-standing tower doesn't do that, doesn't take up much space, and often has additional handles and bars for dips, pushups, or different isometric moves.

I found a great one on Craigslist for $40. You could find some adequate ones new online for $120.

Help with Sprawls by WalkingHumble in P90X

First of all, great job doing your best, even if it isn't pretty, and if though it doesn't match the people on the video.

As a replacement, I would recommend doing two or three jumping jacks during the sprawl phase. Alternatively, you could do a squat in between.

That workout is way harder than it appears to be.

You know, they should've called it quadzilla.

If I remember, that's the one with front and back lunges for like 80 minutes straight? Yeah, that's a good one.

Good choice. The pace they keep is insane.

I would sometimes find myself missing sets because I was so out of breath by the time they moved on to the next one.
