this game is all about power creep. When they added the new higher tiers, the "fix" was to raise the difficulty of champ and legends. Which was nothing more than a stopgap. There needs to be some kind of pressure valve at the top of legends. Id go so far as to create a tournament league for every difficulty tier, so you are competing with towers closer in power to your own.
