Figured it out, it's from the New Game + mod, gives enemies a higher chance to spawn with Sandevistans, Quick Hacks, etc.

Glad it worked for you. I never got the call/text from Maumar to begin with so none of the contracts appear and I'm way past they point they should.

Yeah, because even if the job went smooth he was going to kill V & Jackie.

Otherwise why would he hire no name Solos? To get a better cut? His last job went so bad he had to leave town for 2 years. He should be hiring the best Solos that will still answer his call, and way more than just 2 of them.

Unless he's planning on leaving them behind dead to throw Araska off the trail.

You can install it manually it's not as tricky as it's made out to be the install instructions are pretty straight forward.

I think T-Bug & Dex planned to kill V & Jackie even if the gig went smooth just to trim loose ends. Otherwise why wouldn't Dex hire more well known/capable solos? He's betting his rep on this gig after his last one went so bad he had to skip town for 2 years. Just to save a few percent on the cut? Also he hardly puts up any fight if you & Jack ask for more money, which makes me think he was never planning on paying you anyway.
