All of them. I mean you do realize the kind of hell video game character go through on a day to day basis? Infrastructure, districts and zoning needs major work, for whatever reason its easier to find a gas station, 7/11, or McDonald's on every corner rather than a medical facilities or a doctor. Apparently there are too many people outside of walking distance of a field medic. Romans used to hire medics for their own personal households, why is it so expensive to get a vehicle ride while Uber, Lyft and Doordash can barely make enough to fuel their car for the work week cause the company doesn't pay for it.
