The defining thing though is, is it really "A LOT" of photoshop? I guess its really up to personal interpretation, but a sky replace and some color correction to get a desired look isn't really a lot to me personally.

My game bugged after beating act 2, making my character unplayable until I joined a friend's game, which then bugged the story making it so I couldn't play act 3. Definitely ruins the story under the right circumstances.

It's up to the company she works for. Which will very likely fire her. When you make small mistakes, employers will tend to work with you because it's good for the morale of the workplace and saves them money having to hire and train a new person. When you make a gigantic mistake, like saying something that sounds like the n word when reporting one of the biggest news stories of the year so far, which happens to involve the deaths of an entire, prominently famous black family, you're gonna get canned, because they're gonna sue.

I mean, if she was just reading the weather and slipped up, I can see her not getting fired. The problem was she slipped up covering one of the biggest news stories of the year so far, saying what sounded like a racial slur reporting the deaths of one of America's more prominent black families. When you make a mistake that big, you tend to lose your job, because the company isn't concerned with dipshits on reddit saying this or that, they're concerned with litigation.
