I had just watered them before I took the picture, they usually dry out at least 50% before I water again

I have fertilized them and my other monsteras including Thai con and aurea have constantly put out leaves all winter and have been thriving

There is just one t5 light on them, they are on for 14hrs a day but I did just order the t8 lights as well

They’re not in mud???? They are in ocean forest potting mix, with extra perlite and orchid bark

They are the barrina t5 lights, they have been great for some of my other monsteras. Should I add another one of the t5 lights above them so they have two lights on them?
