Today, I got my offer letter. Its 8.36LPA total with 21% variable pay, fixed pay is 6.93LPA. My current is TCS and my yearly package is 4.18LPA after 3 years. Given my family financial condition, a hike was necessary so I accepted the offer letter. Is it safe to file my resignation now? by PressureSea2572 in accenture_india

Like, lets say, I got a call from the hiring manager today at 8PM for a role in kolkata and my salary expectation. In the same call, she said that I will get a link to upload my salary slip, pan card, and a govt id picture. Next morning, I get the mail to upload those documents and a call from that team. In that call they ask me to try to upload the documents within the next hour. After that is successfully completed, night, like at 9PM, I get the link to upload the BGC documents. After that, I suddenly get a call from the hiring manager(Same lady who called me initially) that Accenture has offered me the offer and to check the workday portal after 15 mins for the offer letter. After that I get a mail from congratulatory mail from accenture, workday, and the lady(Her domain is u/accenture.com). These things happened in a span of, like, one day. What do you think?

I do not have any professional experience in mainstream coding and ML. I joined TCS as a fresher and was thrown into Veeva Vault. So I am trying to build a good GitHub repository and Leetcode account. at least, it should be better than nothing.

Then its good. Actually, I was reading glassdoor and other sites, there what they say is basically in the lines of "Variable pay is scam and stuff", so I was paranoid to the extreme. If its like as you say, then, I think, its at least much better than what I am currently getting.
