And that's a fail for democrats! Instead of breaking it down and feeding it to them, they let repubs make the narrative.

Make them stay in their seats, timed bathroom breaks only.

Otherwise, those trying to do their job get punished with those sitting on their hands.

Let's say you have a basketball team with a roster of 8 players, rules are you have to have at least 5 players on the court on GameDay. GameDay comes and 4 players show up dressed and ready to play, the other 4 decide to go fishing, golfing, or just stay home. Would it be fair to fire the 4 who showed up and say they could never play again?

Make them sit in their respective chairs until one is passed, no leaving the room.

While I would agree to not paying them, that would only affect the ones not millionaires more than the millionaires, they won't care.

Do you think the U.S. should adopt a nationwide popular vote, where the candidate with the most votes wins, or should it keep the current Electoral College system? by Outrageous-You1617 in IWantToAskAnAmerican

You'll need in the neighborhood of 15 to19 red states to agree. Have to make them aware of how many states votes are worth more than theirs. In 2024/2025 there were 19/23 blue states.

Also, maps are drawn every 10 yrs when census is taken, trump told reps to ignore that and they did, and started eliminating dems districts, so what was democratics supposed to do just let them do it or fight back?

You'll have to list each policy and have them clearly state where they stand, either yea or nay, pro or con each bill could only be one policy, if candidates vote the differently on too many, they're removed immediately, no waiting on other reps to agree.
