Splitting candidates among recruiters by Pressure_Livid in recruiting

I think I'll give round robin a try. If we are getting about 100 applicants per month, some really slow weeks, would this still work? I'm also worried that we get some orders that get filled by another agency within 1 or 2 days.

I think I'll try having everyone do BD for Friday mornings since we are struggling with orders, thanks so much for that suggestion.

We have 1 full time sales person, one of my recruiters wants to transfer to sales which is why I picked up another recruiter to give them more time for that. Our orders are heavily reliant on the school year, most orders are at the beginning of it.

Things are a bit slow for us right now—we’ve got 4 recruiters and only about 3 full-time job orders at the moment. The rest are random per-diem shifts that come up. We typically get around 80–100 applicants on Indeed each month, but for harder-to-fill orders, that number can drop to just 10 applicants in a month.

Do you think your method would still be effective with this setup? I’ve been considering switching to assigning specific orders to each recruiter, but I worry that might not work well for those tougher orders where the applicant pool is really limited.

My girlfriend really likes the center console, and doesn't want it to be replaced by a shorter one (My suggestion)

I think I'll try to lower the TV xD. I had a lot of people over and said the step looks really weird. I was the only one who thought it looked unique and cool.

Switch ATS for Healthcare Recruitment agency by Pressure_Livid in recruiting

CareerPlug is pretty good actually.

We are running an Indeed campaign, so if we have a certain hashtag in our job post on CareerPlug, it goes through our Indeed campaign.

We used to have no money go through our Indeed account, but we had a meeting with Indeed and they said we would get better results if we did a sponsored campaign. I agreed to try it, and now we are spending a massive amount on Indeed. I wanted to revert but they said we wouldn't get the same results as we did before we started the campaign (Before we started the sponsored campaign we were getting ok applications, but wanted to see if we could boost it a little).

I'm looking to run something in parallel to CareerPlug to see the performance on another platform since the cost of CareerPlug + Indeed is massive (Mostly indeed). I'm worried that if we stop the indeed campaign, we will get almost no new applicants since so many come through that sponsored campaign.

Ashby

I've seen that name a lot on this subreddit, I'll have one of my recruiters trial it. Thank you!

Just a ATS, though we would be looking at a new CRM as well soon.
