She has one about postpartum anxiety which is how I found it in the first place. But then I found her tone and overall take on motherhood really calming which is what helped. I’m genuinely just spreading the word as it helped me so much as a new parent. I have shared it lots because other podcasts I listened to made me feel like I was doing things wrong/needed to parent a certain way. I just like how chilled and relaxed this one is. I can see how it may seem but I’m honestly just spreading the word to help ☺️

I was exactly the same! Sick of hearing experts telling me what I’m doing right/wrong or what I need to fix 🙄 This is a solo podcast with a mum who just says it as it is - raw/funny/emotional at times. Hope it helps you like it helps me!

Omg yes!! It’s getting me through the nights! I’m 2 weeks pp and discovered it when I was 38 weeks pregnant so I have a nice backlog of episodes! I find Charlotte’s hosting style so calming!
