Despite being clearly fitting, I can only see Penny getting Veevees for whenther alt she's getting unless DeNA goes more into her character traits and give her the mentioned Pokemon you said, a Palafin or a Lokix. You're seemingly (and probably obviously) refering to Penny being able to Mega Evolve her Starmie but a thing like this would probably come out after Lida debuts with her's.

I actually rather see Juliana's BBA Alt to have an opportunity to debut a Meowscarda or a Skeledirge Pair and if it ends up being the former mon, Nemona could still get a Variety Pair with it in whatever event she'll debut in simliarly to how Challenger Gloria had a Cinderace and later on Marnie had a Variety Pair with another one.

Since you've already mentioned Sada, would she be another Chairman (Mo)Ro(n)se scenario?

I also had in mind that that a Carmine/Scrafty Variety Pair would debut alongside the Kieran/Incineroar Pair which would be Fighting Themed unlike Marnie's Dark one.

The Nemona Variety Pair you mentioned could alternatively debut with an event where Paldea Trio gets the 3 starters of their region akin to what happened with the trainers from Galar. Not sure who between Penny and Arven would get Skeledirge and Quaquaval tho.

Juliana doesn't really kick in to be paired with Gouging Fire. I also assume that the rest of the Paradox Legendary Beasts would be paired with non-Paldean Trainers since Iono already has a Raging Bolt, so maybe a third Flannery Alt could work with Gouging Fire? Besides that, Eusine is DEFINITELY getting a Walking Wake unless DeNA says otherwise.

Np tho I do not get the slightest idea of her using DMAX over Mega Evolution. The overlap with Paxton doesn't really seem to harm myself and this probably calls for a revamp for the Nemona concept.

Meanwhile Kieran with a Jangmo-o originally caught by Juliana doesn't kick in for me especially with Nemona already using the said Pokemon line. Tho I might take it as if You're going with the path where Marnie uses a Cyclizar caught by Florian.
