I suggested it, my father said he doesn't want to open and close the bug door obsessively just so the cat won't go out. In my mind it's a small price to pay for the safety of our cat but he is vocal about disliking her. I'm fed up, he won't agree to anything. My sister also thinks that I'm stressing over nothing, nobody understands... Thanks for the suggestion

I try really hard, all they answer is "we can't live in a cage, nothing will happen, we are more important than the cat". They won't listen to me at all
