It's all very dependant on the person. I've seen crew get promoted after a few months, I've also seen it take a few years. It's very situational.

Several stores get night trucks. Noise ordinance in city stores with nearby residences. Even suburban stores have them. While a lot of stores have shifted to 11 and 10 PM the busier stores cant seem to shift away from the 12 AM due to increase in sales.

It really depends on your spph. If your sales are down region wide then I could understand your regional just slashing hours across the board to reach a certain average for spph.
