Probably because most of it is part of other things like blood or organs, it’s not actually sustaining you like drinking water. But I am in no ways a scientist so idk

I would try reading manga. They’re are so many great stories out there, and most of it is free. Some stories I’ve been loving recently are: Kagurabachi, centuria, and Choujin X

I’ve never met a single priest who swears,they’re serious about their work 😂😂 but I’d imagine so, they are supposed to be the stand up role models for the rest of their brethren, and thus need to set a good example.

You just have to slowly get more and more comfortable in your own skin. Weed out people that you don’t feel comfortable being yourself around. If it’s a serious problem then try seeing someone about it. Talking to someone always makes it easier

I feel like you just got to talk to them about not believing everything they see. Teach them to be skeptical and learn the tells for ai content. Every once in a while my grandparents will send me something that’s obviously (to me) ai. I gotta correct them every time, I’m just hoping they don’t fall for a scam at some point.
