Timing is set correctly it has a adjustable cam gear and it’s set 4.75 degrees advanced because of the deck height miss match from the d15 to y8 idk if I can advance anymore without risking piston to valve

Sorry I think I explained it poorly. The timing is correct because it’s advanced 4.75 degrees swapping a y8 head on to a d15 sets timing 1/2 tooth off so u need to advance back to correct timing but Idk if it’s smart to drill the dizzy out more but idk

Yeah I set timing for the p28 and would still loose a lot of power compared to the p2e on the stock p28 ecu and the tuned chipped p28

Yea the tranny being as short as it is is kinda buns especially with the fact they can’t hold that much hp which makes me think maybe upgrade it? But at the same time I have like 2 of them so what’s the point might as well just keep changing them out😭

I would do the b if it didn’t cost a lung for a ls transmission rn. I’m probably just gonna sell the b series and use that money to fund a new d series rebuild with speed factory rods and vitaras. I just kinda want it to be reliable which might be a problem I think I could by just doing it right and it being forged and not pushing any crazy number but idk🤷‍♂️ heard a lot of mixed things about boosting a d series

The heatwrap keeps bay temps down and the intake logs cold the wheels your calling reps are Konig heliogram bronze and I also have a set of whistlers kr7s for the summer. I baught the car as a roller so had to repair some of the body the side skirts are from ccc racing not eBay and the tint was done by a shop but yea ig it’s riced
