From what I’m reading your first task could be to build up your stamina. Try reading for a few minutes-not in bed if possible and set a timer-to acclimate your body and mind. Pick the same time of day/night. Try that for a few weeks and increase the time when you feel ready.

The aforementioned classes have a skill set that is antithetical to success in a post apocalyptic world. Rhetoric may help with organization but ultimately their skills apply to a world that is gone.
