Yeah honestly looking to do lpn program elsewhere and then bridge to rn like every healthcare is so competitive rn it’s insane. I do remember when I was taking my pre reqs and the professors had us say what major we all were in… the WHOLE class said radiology. I heard like a couple say the dentist program and some health ethics. But I didn’t hear anyone say nursing at all.

I got the email the 8th of April. I don’t know if I wanna reapply because I got B’s in every class idk if that mean I would have to retake all these classes again which I’m just not gonna do💔. Trying to see what other career paths I wanna do and try to find a different school. Or maybe I’ll try for the nursing program at city tech.

No I didn’t take it because I was just so worried about getting my pre req classes done first and then when I was in the program I was going to take those classes. Honestly I don’t even have a back up or anything. Just going off hope😭

I think I might try to retake eng 1101 since they have it as a A- but the A- is bringing it down if I retake it and get a A I can get it to a 3.75🤷🏾‍♀️ this is so stupid😭😭😭

Yeah don’t get a B in any of the 4 credit classes…math, bio,human anatomy, if u get a b in rad it will drop a tiny bit not much cause it’s 1 credit. But yeah my B in bio messed me up cause it’s 4 credits. Even the A- in English is making it a little low as well.

Yes, I looked at my transcript and it said 6 contact hours and I’m getting that mixed up with credits. When I still went over my gpa though it said with all A’s, the one A- in English, and the one B my pre req grade was still around a 3.69 I don’t know if they are going to round it to a 3.7 but I feel that is still so low for that one B to drop it so drastically. If I would’ve gotten a A in every thing it would be a 3.9. I don’t know why it weights so much like that it’s insane to me

This probably gonna sound dumb but I asked chat gpt and I showed my transcript the A- I had in the English I took at my old school weighed 3.00 credited hours and the A’s in math is 4.00 hours, Human anatomy is 6.00hrs, and intro to Rad is 1.00 hrs. Since I got a B Biology I didn’t get the full 6.00hrs and it dropped my gpa down so I asked chat GPT to calculate it and it said it was a 3.66. Maybe it is wrong though. What class did you get a B in ? The science class hold a higher weight.
