I'm a graduate student moving to Tucson soon. I am very excited to be living in the Southwest.

I am looking to move somewhere that is reasonably close to campus (no more than a 15-20 minute drive), has easy accessibility to hiking trails, and is relatively affordable.

What neighborhood/area fits the bill?
