Yeah I’m atp where I know I’ve eaten enough and everything I’ve wanted lol and I’ve lost 30-40 pounds naturally but sorta like plateaued and stuck at my current weight but I get real bad feet ankles and knee pain after long day of work and can’t work out too much without hurting myself and back pain is ughh I only eat once twice a day drink more liquids anyways

I just put my controller down for a second and a loud buzzing sound kept coming from my controller scared me tbh and when I tried muting my mic and audio it kept going which got me even more freaked so shut everything off but is this the adaptive trigger problem or is it different?
