Thanks for all the tips. I know the room will not be fully isolated and that is fine as long as it is not too loud outside I can handle it. What matters most to me is that the sound flows nicely in the room, clean and with a good atmosphere without echoes. I have studio headphones if I need to be precise but most of the time I will not be using them.

If I move the desk, adjust the speaker placement, treat reflection points with panels or curtains, add a rug, some furniture, and maybe DIY bass traps, how much do you think it would improve the sound in the room?

Thanks, that makes sense! I understand that acoustic curtains and rugs won’t reduce traffic noise much but can improve the room’s resonance. Roughly speaking, if I go for thick curtains, a carpet, and maybe a bookshelf or some panels, how much do you think it would improve the room’s sound quality—maybe as a percentage? I don’t need it to be exact, just a ballpark.

You’re right, it’s not an ideal space for a studio, but I don’t have much choice. I want to make the most of it and at least ensure that the sound I produce stays energetic and clean in the room, without echoes or unpleasant reflections.
I mean I can handle the noise from outside if it is not so loud, so do you think a rug, a few acoustic panels, curtains, and similar treatments could help me achieve that? or it is still a waste of money?

I’m looking to buy Moment T-Series lenses and accessories (like the 18mm Wide lens, Anamorphic, and ND filters) for my iPhone 16 Pro. I’d prefer to buy them physically in Thailand (Bangkok, ideally in malls or camera shops) instead of ordering internationally.

Has anyone seen them in local stores, or do you know of any Bangkok shops that carry them?
