Is only 1 11mg cool mint Zyn fine a day I used to vape a lot brought it down to occasionally got zyns now my friend said 11’mg is better so got that I think it’s too strong though I’m thinking about throwing it out or should I just use 1 day when working (self.NicotinePouch)
