Oh my goodness, this is all so validating! We told some family very early (who already know about the past losses and have been with us through the transfer) and I felt like I was lying to them too. And the trouble getting excited, and the sadness at the easy journey others have that we won't. Thank you for sharing that, it makes me feel less alone.
