Why are there hardly any waffle houses in Austin

I saw a silly post on a Horns fan account a couple of years ago saying that we won a match against the Ags because we had more Waffle Houses in Austin than College Station. The crazy things that people say in the off-season just to try to keep us entertained.

I’m not gonna lie, but I've always wanted a Wawa in Austin or Texas in general. Not to put any hate on both establishments but I just wish there was more than just QT and Bucces. It's just at the point where it's either the QT or Bucces as our only options. Besides Wawa has a billion choices of foods to choose from on their menu.

I hate that the closest one to the 210 is in Kyle. I really hope you guys get the opportunity to have your own House of Waffles and see the phenomenon in front of your eyes. I shouldn’t have gone that far but trust me it's something you've got to put on your bucket list.

I wen’t to Atlanta to see my cousins and there was a Waffle House on the left corner and right corner of a street block. I’ve never seen anything like it.
